The ocean front house was impacted by its original, heavy Mediterranean columns, colonnades, and roof deck. The visibility from the house was equal part solid to open resulting in a perforated view of the expansive ocean view. Removing these elements, expanding the deck and its access, and adding glass railings resulted in a panoramic ocean views.
