Argonne House

This house is conveniently situated within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and coastal access. With the irregular shaped lot and limited outdoor space it was important to create additional useable area. This is accomplished by connecting the indoor with the outdoor spaces and taking advantage of a large exterior decks.

Built in the late 1930’s, a “rumpus room” was added in the 1940’s and converted into a unapproved rental unit. With the recent changes in zoning, the rental unit has been refreshed and converted to an allowable Accessory Dwelling Unit.
