Located in San Diego, California, the UTC Phase II project built off of the success of Phase I. The $540,000,000 expansion of the existing University Town Center was a multi-phased, mixed-use LEED ND (Silver) retail expansion of 524,027 square-feet with two new parking structures, a department store location, a high-rise residential tower and a new transit hub for bus and light rail access to downtown San Diego.
