The $240,000,000 renovation and expansion of Irvine Spectrum Center included demolition of an existing Macy’s and reconstruction of 4 new buildings with over 30 new tenants, restrooms, family lounges, entertainment components, refurbishment of common area, valet/rideshare arrival area, and a new 1,520 stall parking structure.
